The ideal candidate will possess three to seven years of experience in Middle Market mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate equity and debt financing, including seed financing and venture capital transactions. The role involves collaboration with the Financial Services & Capital Markets strategic business unit. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work under pressure. A commitment to community, exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. The candidate should also be adept at utilizing innovative legal technologies to enhance service delivery. An active Florida bar license and residency in Florida are required.
