Description
Our client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate for their Austin office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in general corporate law, with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, divestitures, and corporate governance. The role involves working closely with attorneys in the Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education sectors. While prior experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous, it is not required. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
