Description
Our client is seeking a full-time Corporate Associate for their Atlanta office. The ideal candidate should have top academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and two to three years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, securities, and private equity. Experience in a large law firm is strongly preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the Georgia Bar or committed to becoming a member.
