Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel corporate associate with expertise in emerging companies and venture capital for their Southern California offices, with a preference for Century City but open to other SoCal locations and Portland. The ideal candidate will have experience advising emerging companies and venture capital investors on corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating venture capital financing documents, providing legal guidance on corporate governance, and supporting mergers and acquisitions. The role requires a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, admission to the California Bar, and 4-6 years of relevant experience. Strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage client relationships are essential. This position is exclusively available in California.
