Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their Business Practice Group in Orlando. The successful candidate will work with regional, national, and multinational clients in a leading national law firm environment. Ideal candidates should have experience in general corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, drafting LLC agreements, negotiating commercial contracts, and corporate governance. Additional experience in securities offerings, reporting, compliance, and general financing for private and public companies is required. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in Florida, with AmLaw 100 law firm experience considered a plus. Superior attention to detail, excellent communication, and analytical skills are essential.
