Description
Our client is seeking an Associate to join their Corporate group in New York City, offering a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to engage in a dynamic practice within an AmLaw100 firm. The role involves working in diverse areas such as capital markets, private equity, securities, real estate, lending, project finance, investment management, energy, mergers and acquisitions, banking, and general corporate practice, as well as litigation, white collar defense, government investigations, and labor and employment. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of corporate transactional experience, with a preference for those with emerging company and venture capital expertise. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills, and membership in the New York bar are required.
