The team has a rich history of handling significant business and legal developments across the Southeast, including national class action cases, public company formations, and major financial transactions. The office, located in a LEED-certified building at Atlantic Station, offers a vibrant work environment with convenient amenities. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience in negotiating purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, and loan agreements, along with a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and admission to the Georgia Bar.
