Our client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate for their Oakland office. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in corporate law, with a strong background in commercial contract drafting, review, negotiation, corporate governance, and public finance. Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous but not mandatory. The role involves collaboration with attorneys in the Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education business unit. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
