Description
Our client is seeking a corporate attorney for its Corporate Finance/Tax Credit Group in downtown Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience or a strong interest in corporate transactional practice, with a preference for knowledge in structured finance transactions, debt, equity, and tax credit financing. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a variety of financing documents, conducting due diligence, and effectively communicating with clients and supervising attorneys. Candidates must possess a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and be licensed, or have pending licensure, to practice law in Colorado.
