Description

Our client is seeking a corporate attorney to join their Corporate Finance/Tax Credit Group in downtown Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience or a strong interest in corporate transactional practice, with a focus on structured finance transactions, debt, equity, and tax credit financing. While prior knowledge of these areas is preferred, it is not mandatory. The role requires a strong desire to develop superior drafting and negotiating skills across various financing documents, including those related to solar and new markets tax credits. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding and eagerness to gain expertise in conducting due diligence for financing transactions. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure. A Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and licensure to practice law in Colorado, or pending licensure, is required.
