Our client is looking for a highly-qualified midlevel associate with substantial experience in a large law firm and excellent academic credentials to join their Corporate - Capital Markets and Public Companies practice. The role can be based in various locations including New York, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Boston, Pittsburgh, or Washington, DC. The successful candidate should have relevant experience in advising publicly traded companies on securities offerings (debt and equity), federal securities laws, stock exchange, Sarbanes Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act regulatory and compliance matters, and corporate governance matters. Membership of the New York bar is preferred. The total compensation package for this position may include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
