Description
Our client is looking for a highly-qualified midlevel associate with large law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join their Corporate - Capital Markets and Public Companies practice. The role can be based in New York, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Boston, Princeton, Pittsburgh, or Washington, DC. The successful candidate must have experience in advising publicly traded companies on securities offerings (debt and equity), federal securities laws, stock exchange, Sarbanes Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act regulatory and compliance matters, and corporate governance matters.
