Our client is seeking a highly-qualified midlevel associate with large law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join their Corporate - Capital Markets and Public Companies practice in New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Philadelphia, Boston, Princeton, Pittsburgh, or Washington, DC offices. The ideal candidate will have experience advising publicly traded companies on securities offerings (debt and equity), federal securities laws, stock exchange regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act compliance, and corporate governance matters.
