Our client is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate with a minimum of three years of experience in transactional commodities, futures, and derivatives matters to join their New York office's Commodities and Derivatives Regulation and Enforcement Practice. The ideal candidate will work with investment managers, financial institutions, and emerging companies, navigating a dynamic mix of Dodd-Frank, CFTC, and SEC regulations, alongside derivatives transactions involving commodities, IRS, FX, credit derivatives, futures, and FinTech and crypto trading. This role is ideal for candidates with expertise in transactional matters who wish to expand their skill set.
