Description
Our client’s Corporate Debt Team has an immediate opening for a Finance Senior Associate or Counsel. While the preferred location is Atlanta, qualified candidates for other offices will also be considered. The role requires experience with syndicated lending, secured transactions, acquisition financings (including cash flow and asset-based credit facilities), and high-yield debt offerings. Familiarity with cross-border engagements is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions.
