This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients on innovative and high-profile projects across various industries, including software, consumer products, healthcare, financial services, alternative energy, and digital media. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience at a top national law firm, with expertise in venture capital financings, start-up work, and M&A transactions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client relationships under time pressures are essential.
