Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join its Corporate Department, focusing on employment and labor matters. Candidates can be based in any U.S. office. Ideal candidates will have 4 years of employment law experience at a nationally recognized law firm, with expertise in advising on employment-related compliance, drafting employment and separation agreements, handling reductions-in-force and WARN Act issues, and advising on restrictive covenants. Experience in employment-related diligence and transaction documents is a plus. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing and organizational skills, and a client-team focused work ethic. Membership in good standing of (or eligibility to waive into) the bar of at least one office location is required.
