Description
Our client is seeking an experienced finance associate with 4-6 years of experience in representing administrative agents, lenders, and borrowers in various credit facilities, including acquisition and private credit financings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in negotiating and drafting credit agreements, debt commitment letters, term sheets, security agreements, and closing deliverables. Experience with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is advantageous. Candidates must be diligent, proactive, team-oriented, and possess strong academic credentials and superior drafting skills, with a willingness to take on significant responsibility for deal management and client interaction. Admission to one or more state bars is required, with prior admission to the Texas bar being a plus.
