Description
Our client is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate with 3-6 years of substantive debt financing experience to join their Corporate Department in Dallas, TX. Ideal candidates will have strong deal experience at a large firm, focusing on asset-based and/or leveraged acquisition financing transactions, and other sophisticated debt financing transactions. Experience with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club senior debt transactions, involving domestic and international credit facilities, is preferred. Candidates should have both cash flow and asset-based lending experience, strong academic credentials, and be admitted to and in good standing with the Texas bar.
