Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate to join their Corporate Finance Practice. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in finance transactions, with a strong background in lender and borrower representations, including broadly syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and private credit facilities. Proficiency in drafting and revising credit agreements, debt commitment letters, and related documents is essential. Experience with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate diligence, proactivity, and teamwork, possess superior drafting skills, and be prepared to manage deals and interact with clients.
