Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a mid-senior level Associate to join their Corporate Practice in the Washington, DC office. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in finance or corporate law, with a strong background in borrower and/or lender representations, including private credit facilities, syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, asset-based lending, and securitizations. Proficiency in drafting and revising credit agreements, debt commitment letters, and related legal documents is essential. Experience with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate diligence, proactivity, teamwork, and possess excellent academic credentials and drafting skills.
