Our client is seeking a mid-level to senior associate with experience in Capital Markets for their offices in Boston, Denver, New York, or Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in corporate transactional work, particularly in Capital Markets, along with strong drafting and negotiating skills. The role requires excellent teamwork abilities and the capacity to independently manage deal components. The position is within a collaborative Corporate & Finance practice group that offers significant partner and client interaction, allowing associates to take on more responsibility and tailor their career paths.
