Our client is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel to join their Finance team in Texas, specifically in Houston. Ideal candidates should be from law school class years 2016 and above, with debt finance experience at a peer firm. Experience in private equity acquisition finance and oil- and gas-related transactions is preferred. The role involves representing borrowers, lenders, or both, and offers significant direct client contact, providing an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurial associates to develop client relationships and manage matters independently.
