Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate (3rd-5th year) to join their growing M&A practice in Philadelphia. The role involves representing public and private company clients on cross-border and domestic transactions across various industries, with a focus on life sciences, healthcare, consumer, and financial services sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, due diligence, and drafting transaction agreements. Familiarity with Delaware and New York corporate and federal securities laws is essential. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, a strong work ethic, and interpersonal skills, and should be comfortable working with large deal teams on complex transactions.
