Description
Our client is seeking a junior or midlevel Corporate associate (3rd or 4th year) to join their highly regarded Global Fintech and Payment Systems practice in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to assist clients in developing innovative financial services and products, negotiating commercial agreements, and handling licensing and enforcement matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, excellent research and writing abilities, and sound judgment. A background in financial services regulation, particularly within the Fintech or Banking sectors, is essential, with experience in NMLS, consumer finance, payments, or consumer protection being highly desirable.
