Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm with offices in Baltimore, Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, DC, is seeking a midlevel to senior associate to join their Corporate – Fund Formation practice group. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of extensive experience in private investment fund formation and administration, preferably gained at a reputable law firm. Experience with the Securities and Exchange Commission and proficiency in the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and other federal securities laws are advantageous. Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, with exceptional academic records, and must be active members of the relevant state bar association. The role demands strong organizational skills, meticulous drafting abilities, effective communication, and analytical acumen.
