Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm with offices in Baltimore, Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, DC, is seeking a midlevel to senior associate to join their Corporate – Fund Formation practice group. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of extensive experience in the formation and administration of private investment funds, preferably gained at a reputable law firm. Experience with the Securities and Exchange Commission and proficiency in the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and other federal securities laws are advantageous. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, with law school transcripts required upon application. The role demands exceptional academic credentials, excellent organizational and drafting skills, strong communication abilities, and sharp analytical acumen.
