Description
Our client is seeking a funds and investment management associate with a minimum of three years of experience to join their corporate group in Boulder, Denver, or Reno. The role involves working with sponsors and investors in alternative investment funds, such as venture capital, private equity, real estate, low-income housing, and hedge funds, focusing on structuring, offering, management, investing, and regulatory matters. The associate will advise on the structuring, formation, and management of private investment funds and their management companies, as well as guide institutional investors in private fund investments. The position requires strong experience in establishing and representing private investment funds and familiarity with limited partnership and limited liability company agreements, U.S. securities matters, the Investment Advisers Act, and the Investment Company Act.
