Description
Our client, a global top 50 law firm, is seeking a Senior Regulatory Healthcare Attorney to join their nationally recognized healthcare team. This position can be based in Washington, D.C., Century City, Chicago, or New York, but candidates from any U.S. office locations will be considered. Remote candidates will not be considered. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with attorneys and clients, providing critical guidance on regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector. This includes day-to-day compliance counseling, defending government investigations, litigation, and structuring strategic transactions. The role offers a broad base of counseling, transactional, and litigation experiences, all centered around regulatory compliance considerations.
