Description
Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate with four to seven years of experience in insurance industry transactions, particularly in reinsurance involved in M&A and Private Asset transactions, to join their M&A Group in Chicago. The role involves working with a dynamic team representing insurers, reinsurers, banks, investment managers, private equity sponsors, and other financial institutions on transactional matters within the insurance industry. Candidates must have experience in reinsurance transactions, a solid understanding of insurance company regulation, and effective deal management skills. The ideal candidate will possess creative thinking, a client satisfaction-oriented mindset, and the ability to take on significant responsibilities with autonomy. Admission to the Illinois Bar and good standing, U.S. law firm experience, and outstanding academic credentials are required.
