Our client is seeking highly qualified associates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related operational matters to join their Investment Funds Practice in New York, Boston, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Houston, or San Diego. The practice group provides comprehensive counsel for fund sponsors globally, managing all aspects of structuring and fundraising for private investment funds across various asset classes, as well as handling sponsor internal arrangements, fund operations, and regulatory compliance.
