Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their intellectual property/technology transactions team in their San Francisco office. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in advising on intellectual property aspects of financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. Expertise in buy-side and sell-side corporate transactions, including conducting due diligence, drafting, and negotiating license and technology agreements, as well as other commercial contracts, is essential. A comprehensive understanding of intellectual property rights is required, and candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
