Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their intellectual property/technology transactions team in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in advising on intellectual property aspects related to financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. A strong background in buy-side and sell-side corporate transactions, including due diligence, drafting, and negotiating license and technology agreements, is essential. The role involves counseling clients on intellectual property rights, requiring a comprehensive understanding of primary intellectual property areas.
