Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified mid-level or senior associate (law school class years 2017 to 2021) to join their Life Sciences transactional group. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of corporate transactions for life sciences companies or investment funds, including public capital markets offerings (IPOs, follow-on offerings, ATM facilities), private offerings (PIPEs, venture capital financings), 1934 Act reporting (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), and public and private company M&A (including structured deals such as earnout-based transactions, product acquisitions, and spin-outs). The team is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and dynamic, offering significant professional growth opportunities. CA bar admission, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly, is required.
