Description
Our client, a global law firm with a strategic focus and momentum, is seeking a lawyer with 5-7 years of experience to join their Corporate, M&A and securities practice team. The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience at a law firm with securities offerings and 34 act filings, excellent academic credentials, and strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. This position can be located in any of their US offices, with a strong preference for their Houston office.
