Our client, a leading law firm specializing in technology and life sciences, is seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience. This firm is recognized for its premier technology mergers and acquisitions practices, having completed over $750 billion worth of transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm and must be an active Bar member of the jurisdiction in which they will be working. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is a positive. The position is open for their offices in the Bay Area, Seattle, Santa Monica, or New York.
