Description
Our client, a premier law firm with elite teams in finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and special situations, litigation, employment and real estate, is seeking a Junior Associate with one to two years of experience to join their M&A Group. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team involved in public and private company transactions and takeover defense matters across various industries. The role offers the opportunity to gain meaningful drafting and negotiating experience, coordinate due diligence and closing processes, and work with autonomy. Outstanding academic credentials and U.S. law firm experience are required, while written and verbal fluency in Spanish is a plus.
