Description
Our client, a leading law firm recognized for its premier technology mergers and acquisitions practice, is seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience. The role is available in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, or New York offices. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of M&A experience at a top corporate firm, be an active Bar member in the relevant jurisdiction, and possess superior academic credentials along with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
