Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate to join their Corporate M&A practice in Miami. Ideal candidates should have 2+ years of business and transactional experience, including M&A, joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions. Experience in Latin American corporate work is a plus. The role involves drafting and negotiating transactional documents and offers the opportunity to work directly with clients. Candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience, and excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills.
