Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a 3rd - 5th year associate to join their Corporate practice in Dallas, TX. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and nationally recognized practice group. Ideal candidates will have experience with private equity funds, independent sponsors, and portfolio companies in M&A transactions, capital raises, and debt and securities offerings. Proficiency in drafting operating and partnership agreements and managing the day-to-day needs of portfolio companies is essential. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, and experience negotiating key transaction documents. Admission to the Texas Bar and a willingness to engage in community and professional organizations are required.
