Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate to join their Corporate M&A practice in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and other complex commercial transactions. The role involves drafting and negotiating transactional documents and offers the opportunity to work directly with clients. Candidates should demonstrate high academic achievement, law firm experience, and possess excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills. A team-oriented, ambitious, and driven individual is preferred to support the growth of the national practice. A JD is required.
