Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their expanding corporate group in New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions for both private and public companies, with a focus on drafting and negotiating principal acquisition agreements. Candidates should possess direct experience from a top-tier law firm, have immediately transferable skills, and hold a strong academic background from a nationally recognized institution. Admission to practice law in New York is required. The role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both collaboratively and independently.
