Description
Our client, a leading law firm recognized for its premier technology mergers and acquisitions practices, is seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience. The successful candidate will be servicing technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development, from early start-ups to global publicly traded corporations. The role can be based in any of their offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, or New York. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm and must be an active Bar member of the jurisdiction in which they will be working. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is a positive.
