Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an attorney with a minimum of four years of relevant M&A experience to join their Transactions Practice Group. The role primarily involves working on US and international private company M&A transactions, with a focus on middle-market private equity transactions. The successful candidate will join a growing, energetic, and collaborative culture that values character, work ethic, and personal/professional development. The ideal candidate should have sophisticated document drafting skills, the ability to manage/lead smaller M&A transactions, and be the lead associate on larger M&A transactions. Direct interaction with senior partners, specialist teams, junior associates, and clients is expected. A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid work ethic are required. Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the bar of the jurisdiction(s) where they are admitted to practice.
