Our client is seeking associates from law school class years 2017 to 2020 to join their M&A and Private Equity teams in San Francisco. The role involves advising corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and general corporate matters. Candidates should have significant experience in M&A transactions, a strong grasp of corporate law and market terms, and proficiency in drafting transaction documents and managing deals effectively. A driven personality, business development-oriented mindset, and the ability to work autonomously with high responsibility are essential.
