Description
Our client is seeking associates from law school class years 2021 and beyond to join their M&A and Private Equity teams in Los Angeles. The role involves advising corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other transactions, as well as general corporate matters. Candidates should have significant experience in M&A transactions, a strong grasp of corporate law and market terms, and substantial experience in drafting transaction documents and managing deals effectively. A driven personality, business development-oriented mindset, and the ability to work autonomously with a high level of responsibility are essential. This position offers significant direct client contact and is ideal for entrepreneurial associates looking to develop client relationships and manage matters independently.
