Our client is seeking a Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Associate with three to four years of experience to join their Dallas office. The role primarily involves working within the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group, with opportunities to engage in various general corporate matters such as corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships, fund formation, and private equity and venture capital investments. Ideal candidates will possess a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school, three to four years of relevant corporate experience, strong communication and writing skills, top academic credentials, and Texas bar admission or the ability to become licensed in Texas.
