Our client is seeking a highly qualified associate with a minimum of five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity to join their Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity Practice in Century City, Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex transactions and be adept at maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information in line with firm policies. This role requires a commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal service and compliance with the City of Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.
