CORPORATE PRIVACY & CYBER ASSOCIATE (3623)
Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified associate with a minimum of two years of privacy experience to join their 3rd to 5th year associate class within the Privacy & Cyber (Transactional) practice. The role involves representing leading clients across various industries, addressing complex data privacy and security issues in compliance and transactional matters. Candidates should have experience with commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions related to data privacy and security. The ideal candidate will have advised clients on privacy law compliance, negotiated privacy and security aspects of commercial agreements, and managed privacy components in corporate transactions such as M&A deals and IPOs. Strong drafting, negotiation, verbal, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. A technological aptitude and understanding of online technologies are preferred, and CIPP certification is a plus.
