Our client, a fully integrated global law firm with lawyers across five continents, is seeking a hardworking and imaginative mid-level associate to join their Corporate practice in their vibrant Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Private Equity experience, including the corporate aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and day-to-day operations involving Private Equity portfolio companies. The role will involve working with a diverse range of national and international clients, and collaborating with lawyers across the firm’s global platform, hence flexibility in working hours is crucial.
